Really did not expect that result,,,, been putting some good results together recently, strangely since we lost tansey,,,, sadly too late to catch belfast for title [they just seem to find ways to grind out results] signs of a title winning team,,,,

Can't complain at all about that - they were always going to start well and managed to get through the first ten only 1-0 down and then I thought we were the better team until Cardiff got the game to 2-2. Even last bit of 2nd period. Didn't see the 3rd so can't comment but gotta be happy with 2 points.
2 more tomorrow would be even better

To be fair, if any of their players except MacDonald could finish their dinner, then that might have been a different result. Cardiff's roster at the start of the year looked short on goals and that's what is playing out now. Brandt is their joint second top goal scorer in the league. As much as it's a good breakout year for him, it doesn't cast a good light on the others.
I think given their hike in prices for next year it will be interesting to see if their roster looks more in line with Sheffield/Belfast/Nottingham at the start of the year
Also be interesting how much of this year's team were Thommo picks and how many were Kelman/owners.
