Do we actually know whats ailing Balmas and when we might see him back?
Both my sports teams have the same issue at the minute… not being able to score. Bradford and Steelers.
If Dowd and Balmas are out for a while is there the option to bring in another import or two? I know we have space to do so but what’s the feasibility? Or could the budget be all gone?

This year's team feels like one which is 90% there, but he just need to sign someone to be the catalyst for goal scoring, some sort of high-energy shoot-first guy, a clinical finisher, or a Golod type to kick start the rest of the team. But we need to do it fast.

Having watched the whole game on stream I feel it’s too simple to say we played well. We were dreadful in the first minute, just about keeping up with devils for the rest of the first, increasingly better in the second and we really played well in the third apart of course from scoring.

Fast highlights package. Looked an open game despite the 1-0 scoreline.
Not sure how we’ve not scored in that one. Did everything but score.
Greenfield also made a couple of important saves as well.

I think Thomo more of less admitted we were lucky to come out of that with a regulation win in his interview.
Steelers certainly finished the better team and threw the kitchen sink at the Devils in the last 10 minutes.
Truth is though the Devils are hard to score against this year, and to get a shut out win when not playing particularly well is pleasing against a side of Steelers ability. Conceding 6 goals in 5 league games is quite impressive and if they can keep that up will surely be close to some silverware this year.
