Can't stress enough how much help is appreciated at this club and please do let us have your details if you would like to help! Big thanks going out to the Sheffield Steelers Supporters Club and how much hard work goes into running that part of the club.
Question from fan regarding 50/50 ticket sales and if these are moving online/QR codes.
Tony confirms no plans and thinks the face to face interaction (in a safe manner) is still the right way to go.
Tony talks about the Steelers Lottery that has dropped over recent years which has dropped to around 110 Steelers members.
Tony sets a challenge to get this back up to around 1,000 Steelers members.
This costs £1 a week

These are still the free games that season ticket holders will receive that missed out on - Therefore like to like.

Dom confirms that brand new dasher board system used in the NHL has been purchased and shipped from Canada.
Currently being installed and all ready in time for the new season!
Should make a massive improvement to the entire viewing experience!
Full menu has had a revamp and will be much more extensive.
Sounds like a fun tasting experience was had by Dom.
Pie and tap room, cocktail bar all being looked at!
New naming rights deal for the Arena has been agreed.
Naming rights sponsor will be confirmed in due course but they are also excited to work with the hockey club!

Number of reasons for less Saturdays including Christmas and New Year also dropping on a Saturday and the league starting later.
Dom confirms Steelers have full backing and hope to be back up to 20 or 21 Saturday games for 22/23.

Previous provider was unable to deliver the service required.
TM was originally expected to launch in September 2020.
Now ironing out problems and accepts issues as TM team has changed over the Pandemic.

Question about buying tickets in person rather than via internet.
Dom confirms City Hall will be open 10am to 4pm weekdays and the Arena Box Office a few hours before games and during period breaks.
