I can't see any way Great Brtain stays up...baring Austria losing to Finland in regulation, and Great Britain pulling out a miracle regulation win against Austria in the final game

Austria's game against Finland is a dead rubber for the Finns...so I fear Austria could steal a point, which is all they need to stay up.

We miss Kirk...we can't score...we're going down, and I am really sad to say this

Think we’d all have taken a 1 goal lead with 20 to go. Hopefully the refs stop looking to influence the game in Latvia’s favour and let the players settle it.

Another penalty called on GB when the Latvia man is cross checking him in the back, upto those last 2 calls, the officials have done a reasonable job.

Heartbreaking to lose that, I fall out massively with the playacting by the Latvian team & the officials constantly fell for it.

Onto the last game tomorrow vs Austria.

That's Norway & Latvia that we've taken to the wire now, I wonder how much if a difference Liam Kirk would've made to this team.

Good effort and we certainly had some unfortunate calls against us. I’m afraid though we’re not really good enough, too many passes go astray when not under pressure. Fine in the EIHL, but at this level they will put the team on the back foot.

They had a good pp and were given the opportunity by 2 very questionable calls. I think Latvia were gifted that win.

Even handed we were ok.

We are one of the weaker teams but have not embarrassed ourselves.
